PRIVACY POLICY

for the "Price Monitoring" mobile application

1. General Provisions

1.1.

This Privacy Policy defines the procedure for collecting, using, storing, and protecting information obtained through the "Price Monitoring" mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application"), developed and administered by the Antimonopoly Regulation Service under the Ministry of Economy and Commerce of the Kyrgyz Republic (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator").

1.2.

By using the Application, the user agrees to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

2. Purpose of the Application

2.1.

The Application is intended for receiving public complaints and reports regarding price increases of socially significant goods within the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. Information That May Be Collected

3.1.

The following information may be collected while using the Application:

user name;
phone number;
email address;
complaint/report text;
photographs and other files attached by the user;
location data (subject to user consent);
technical device data (device model, operating system version, IP address, application identifiers, crash logs, and diagnostic information).

4. Purposes of Data Processing

4.1.

Collected data is used solely for:

processing user complaints and reports;
communicating with users;
analyzing information regarding prices of socially significant goods;
improving the quality and functionality of the Application;
ensuring security and stable operation of services;
compliance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.

5. Sharing of Data with Third Parties

5.1.

The Operator does not sell or transfer personal data to third parties, except in cases:

required by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic;
necessary for the operation of government information systems;
related to technical support and information security services.

6. Data Storage and Protection

6.1.

The Operator takes appropriate organizational and technical measures to protect user data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

6.2.

Data is stored only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy or as required by applicable law.

7. User Rights

7.1.

Users have the right to:

request information regarding their personal data;
request correction or deletion of their data;
withdraw consent to data processing;
submit complaints to authorized authorities.

8. Device Permissions

8.1.

The Application may request access to:

camera — to attach photographs;
gallery/storage — to upload files;
location services — to indicate the place related to the complaint;
Internet connection — to send reports and receive data.

8.2.

All permissions are used solely for the functionality of the Application.

9. Children’s Privacy

9.1.

The Application is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. The Operator does not knowingly collect children’s personal information.

10. Changes to This Policy

10.1.

The Operator reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy. The latest version will always be available within the Application.
